First time build, budget below $600 USD

Cedar

My budget for this build is $600 dollars at the max, but preferably as cheap as possible while still getting 1080p 60fps in games like Rainbow 6: Siege, COD black ops 4, and Destiny 2.

I plan on getting a better cooler besides the stock one before I do any overclocking to my CPU.

For some reason I really want a full ATX board not a microATX but if that's stupid then I can change.

I chose that memory because of its high clock speed and RGB, I want a minimum of 16 gigs of ram.

I don't need a whole lot or storage at first I just want a fast boot time, and room for 1 or 2 games. I plan on upgrading later.

All I want for my case is a tempered glass side panel and black coloring.

I don't really know if Rosewill is a good choice for a power supply, but it was the cheapest fully modular one I could find and one day I plan on getting custom cables.

I only included a mouse because I have the rest of my peripherals.

Any feedback or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

There’s a tier list in the PSU subforum that might help.  What about semi modular?  Can’t really see the main board cable anyway.  It hides in back.  It’s the other stuff that flops around in front.  Also they’re usually black.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
