Air cooler recomendations

Hi guys, I was just wanting some recommendations for a rgb air cooler that can handle overclocking my ryzen 3600. My builds a little compact so it also needs to be 160mm or less. All replies are appreciated.

Location means country or stores, not motherboard. Pretty much all coolers support all major sockets. US, I guess?

Noctua nh-d14s.

 

Spec sheet lists it at exactly 160mm.

RAM doesn't work with D14, so do you mean D15S? Also, it's not RGB, so needs aftermarket fans.
