You want be able to run a lot of 4k games at ultra low settings with a 1650. I would suggest that a 1660ti is the minimum. Maybe you can check out used gtx 1070's or 1080's for a similar price as your budget.

These two statements are at odds with one another.

4K = $$$$, why not get a 1440p monitor and an RX 580? Or, since you saved money with the lower resolution monitor, consider improving your GPU budget.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

You really can't find any new $150 GPU that will handle 4K in any AAA game released in the last 5 years. What I would suggest is change out the 2700X for a 3600, 2700 or even a 2600, try and save up some a little more cash and go for at least a 1660 Super or RX 580, if you're buying new, but also consider checking out the used market, and look for used GTX 1070s, 1070 Tis or 1080s.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC

Here's a configuration that's almost 600 UK pounds:

* it's ONE 8 GB stick.  Find another 28 UK pounds and you can install a 2nd stick, and you have 5-10% extra performance due to dual channel mode. You can survive for a month or so with 8 GB.

* it's only 512 GB of SSD... but that's enough for a few games and the OS. Add a mechanical drive or a 2nd SSD later if you need more space.

You could shave a few more pounds with a cheaper case (mATX instead of ATX) or with another supply  ex 41.2 uk pounds for a beQuiet System Power 9 500w , or 45 uk pounds for Corsair CX 450w
