You can't.

MacOS only has support for intel CPUs.

Even Google it or just making claims with no facts behind them?

Video from a while ago when it was trickier:

EDIT: oh yeah, and Catalina has been supported since the OS launched: https://amd-osx.com/2019/10/10/macos-catalina-is-on-amd/

Can anyone please spare some time and help me install MacOS on a AMD cpu? Like guide me through the entire process.

RAM - 8 x 2 DDR4 G.Skills Ripjaws 5 (16GB TOTAL)

CPU - Ryzen 3 2200G

There's a large community for AMD Hackintosh systems.

Though back to the OP-

You won't be able to hackintosh that system. Mac OS requires either an AMD GPU or Nvidia Kepler gpu. You can't run it off a ryzen APU

Nvidia Kepler gpu.

Should work with Maxwell too, right? Back when I did a hackintosh I used an i5 2400 and a 980 Ti, worked fine.

Last I checked, the kepler cards had the best support, but I'm pretty sure the 900s working just fine without problem now (just judging from posts in that community)-  AMD Hackintoshes are super wonky

No, I think you actually can. I've seen a YouTuber done it on an amd threadripper.
