heard rumors its only gonna be binned vega 11 again, and mid 2020. anyone have credible sources? im thinking whether to wait for my dad's build.

Zero info. All we know is publicly AMD has stated Zen 3 will be out in 2020 and will be an all new core architecture. Thats legit all we know.

Renoir, which is what you're talking about, will have a Vega-based iGPU and the Navi Media Engine. Launch is expected in H1 2020. The currently exposed benchmark check-ins have 12 CUs, but the design might be larger. We won't know until AMD announces it, which should be at CES 2020 in January.
