PROBLEM SOLVED: I knew it! It was my desktop motherboard all along, all I had to do was update it... Anyway thanks /u/helping for that answer as I needed to change my laptop SATA controller to AHCI and it worked.

So I went to regedit \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\msachi and told me to change the value of Start to 0 when it was already on 0 and I was booted in AHCI mode but Samsung Magician still displays deactivated. Updated the firmware and told me to reboot Windows and the same deactivated result shows. What I tried next is to reboot the system into IDE mode change the value of 0 to 1 then rebooted the system to AHCI mode then changed the value of 1 to 0, then finally rebooted the system. In the end it still says deactivated. I'm suspecting it's most likely my motherboard having weird incompatibility issues with my SSD.
