windows 10 "tightening up" / more secure from ms prying eyes

is there a good guide to follow to tighten up w10

 

i switched from w7 to w10, installed w10 about 3 or 4 months ago, but still used w7 on old hdd/ssd, now back onto w10

followed an install guide to tighten it up and make it more secure from microsoft prying eyes
