i have hdd with windows 7 on it and i have another hdd which i backed up all of my important things

i bought a ssd to install windows on

if im disconnecting all of my drives except the ssd and installing windows on it

and then reconnecting them and boot up the pc will the old windows os get in the way of the new one?

and if ill reconnect my backed up hdd will i have to wipe it to get window to recognize it?

As long as your BIOS is set to boot to the new drive, you will have no issues.

And no need to wipe any drive to have the new windows see them. They will do it automatically.

Make sure you boot up with just the SSD, then goto bios and read the name of the drive.
Then when you plug in the others you can make sure in the boot order the SSD comes first. ;)

mmmmmmmmmmmm you mean windows will wipe them automatically or recognize them and wont wipe them?

It will just recognize them and leave the contents up to you to do with as you please.

if i'll leave my hdd with windows 7 and boot up the ssd with a new os will it cause issues?
