So for my birthday i wanted to upgrade my pc so i did before my pc specs was:
Intel i3 6100 LGA1151
Intel HD 530
MSI H11M PRO-VH PLUS

1TB HDD

4GB RAM DDR4

now the main problem was that the ram was too low and would crash my pc all the time due to the disk usage being at 100% all the time so i decided to upgrade my RAM to 16GB so i got 2 8GB DDR4 Sticks and installed them now when i'm trying to play games or do anything my CPU usage is at 100% and it's making my PC crash am not sure what to do...
Current PC specs:

Intel i3 6100 LGA1151
Intel HD 530
MSI H11M PRO-VH PLUS

1TB HDD

8GB RAM DDR4 x2 = 16GB DDR4 RAM

Do you have a graphics card? There aren't many games you can play with the HD 530.

ok and no i can't afford video cards i upgrade my pc every year after saving up for it if i want to buy a graphics card i'd have to wait 2-3 years for it

even for a used part? i think used GPU right now is actually dropping in price.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

PSU             : Thermaltake Lite power 550W (Gonna change soon as i dont trust this)

CPU COOLER      : ID-Cooling SE 207
CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)
DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel
MOUSE           : Logitech G603 Lightspeed
KEYBOARD        : Rakk Lam Ang

HEADSET         : Plantronics RIG 500HD

Kingston Hyper X Stinger

 

and a whole lot of LED everywhere(behind the monitor, behind the desk, behind the shelf of the PC mount and inside the case)

umm i don't trust myself and probably won't be able for find a legit card also i don't play games as much on my pc it's for Coding and running VMs
