How hard is it to overclock a 9900kf compared with a 9900k

depending on the silicon lottery, motherboard and cooling system. yes. 

 

9900kf and 9900k is the same CPU, except one doesnt have an iGPU

it is said that the kf tend to have comparatively worse chips is that true?

I have a gigabyte Aorus z390 Xtreme so the motherboard is fine
