Power supply upgrade gone wrong?

So I have an antec 380 watt in my computer at the moment I pulled a seasonic 600 watt 80 from an older computer tested it with an older motherboard and it worked,

tonight I swapped it into my pc and it wouldn’t turn on so I swapped back to my antec power supply and after plugging everything in , the power comes on, the fans spin, the lights comes on and with the monitor plugged into the HDMI port there is no video output.

 

any suggestions on what to do or what might be wrong?
