is there a good app or program for windows that will tell me my power usage? any recommendations?

I don't think that what you want exists.

No, you would have to use a meter where your pc is plugged into for total system power usage.

well you would have to have software for the psu. Now there are calculators but they are only just a rough idea.

V = I * R

P = V * I

V = Voltage

I = Current

R = Resistance

P = Power

Calculate it

Or just use a watt meter.

I know right?! All the high tech things that shows your gpu, or cpu stats, none for your psu.

Isn't there Corsairs own software for that? Something Blonk? (my early-wake-up posts are bit sarcastic) Anyway you can buy thingy that goes between wall and PSU powerplug. Thats easiest solution since you don't need to know about electrics to use it.
