You wont find much within your GPU pricepoint, so a 1650/1650 super would fit the bill just fine. PSU wise, you could go with a 500w or a 650w, 650 being a little overkill. plenty of options there. I like Corsair personally, but Seasonic and EVGA also have great power supplies at a very reasonable price.

CPU: Ryzen 7 3800X GPU: Reference 5700XT (Asus) Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix X470-F RAM: Corsair 32GB Vengeance 3600Mhz PSU: Corsair RM850X White

Cooling: Corsair H115i RGB Storage: 500GB WD SN750 M.2, 4TB Samsung EVO SSD Case: NZXT H500i White

Keyboard: Asus ROG Strix Flare (MX Red) Mouse: Corsair Sabre RGB

A used Vega 56 would probably just barely cone in at that price, and that's massively better than the 1600's.

Do not get a video card with a 50 in it. The cpu is fine.  Very middle of the road right now. A quad core might give you the same performance, and you could probably skimp on the motherboard a little. The ssd is 1 size too small. go with a 240gb ssd. 1tb is fine,  but try to go bigger as well. Look on Ebay. Amd can never hold value like intel for some odd reason. Haswell has better used value than ryzen.

What if its used in mining rig or something?

Depends on the price, the cooler attached, and what power level settings were used. If it was undervolted and underclocked, then it's probably fine to go with it.

Hi, so im planning to play E sports games with this, and the 1650 super is rumoured to beat gtx 1060 6gb, and the super will have gddr6 memory, so i think it will be good enough for low settings - 144fps gameplay, but thanks though, and you can help me more with anything you want to

A 1650 super better be better than a 1060. The only problem is the 1060 has more ram, and newer games, and their updates want more dedicated video ram. They're also both gtx. You want rtx if you're buying now.  Unless you call it a budget rig. Then slap in whatever. The new jungle level on csgo is heavy on the gpu.

On the harddrive, check the prices on Intel 660p M.2 drives in your size range. You may be able to get a 512Gb or 1TB one for the price you're paying for the 128 M.2 and TB HDD, and it will perform as well as the SSD you were looking at.

I previously had an intel 660p 512gb in this list, but i thought it was too small, and i found an 240gb wd green m.2 ssd for cheaper than the gigabyte 128gb

Try to spring for the 1660. You'll be much happier, and 50s don't have good resale value. Ive got a gtx 645 in an old phenom 2 x4 955 rig i haven't decommissioned yet, and i wish i went for the 60 years back. I would have probably used it longer and my current setup would have been better. Timing on tech is everything.

A 1660, used 1660 Ti, used 1070, used Vega 56, used GTX 1080 if you can snag one for around $225-250, all excellent options.
