The right SSD Raid setup for windows 10

I bump into a point, it's all about the optimal raid settings.

My Specs are:
1: sabertooth x79
2: 2x ssd Samsung evo 120gb raid-0 (operational Windows 10)
3: 2x ssd Samsung evo 500gb single

Since I now have a storage problem, I want to use 2x ssd 500gb in RAID-0.
My raid controllers are Marvell and Intel on my motherboard, but what is the best setup settings for Windows 10? Which raid controller is the best in terms of performance for Windows 10?
