Easily, unless you mean using only brand new modern parts, in which case either no, or at least not one you should ever use

Location? What are you gonna be using it for? Do you need peripherals or just the tower? Would a laptop be better?

 

 

With so few specifics I'd suggest a used Thinkpad, and I'd still suggest that if you don't have peripherals or don't want a desktop.

a Used prebuilt PC with an i5 2400 will easily cost you like $50-90. though it is obviously not made for gaming lol. unless you plan to add an additional GPU, then i think i saw a GTX 750Ti for like 20-30

 

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

 

CURRENT PC SPECS    

CPU             : Ryzen 5 3600 (Formerly Ryzen 3 1200)

GPU             : ASUS RX 580 Dual OC (Formerly ASUS GTX 1060 but it got corroded for some odd reasons)

GPU COOOER      : ID Cooling Frostflow 120 VGA (Stock cooler overheats even when undervolted :()

MOBO            : MSI B350m Bazooka

MEMORY          : Team Group Elite TUF DDR4 3600 Mhz CL 16
STORAGE         : Seagate Baracudda 1TB and Kingston SSD
PSU             : Thermaltake Lite power 550W (Gonna change soon as i dont trust this)

I live near DC, I will be gaming, I have all the peripherals, desktop if possible.
