limit hz to -1?

i got a 120 hz screen without gsync or freesync or anything should i limit my fps to 120 or 119 since i see alot of people limiting their fps to hz -1 for reduced input delay. Ik it doesnt make a big difference but what is optimal

I mean. i guess thats more personal preference per display? Maybe try both. See what you like more.
