Stock voltage on Auto at 1.6V

I have a ryzen 3600 on an msi X570 board. I have no OC in place on the Cpu or Ram and my core voltage at idle is sitting 1.6 volts. im also getting 100% cpu usage on all my games, and high temps across the board. Im using a noctua cpu cooler.

Can any one help with this please.

What monitoring software do you use? Zen 2 is way different then anything else, it react way faster to load then any CPU and many monitoring software poke the CPU for information and CPU think it's workload.

Main System: Ryzen 2700, Asus Crosshair VII Hero, EVGA GTX 1080ti SC, 970 EVO Plus NVMe, Crucial Ballistix 3200mhz CL14, CM H500, CM ML240L cpu cooler.

Second System: Ryzen 2400G, Gigabyte B450 DS3H, RX 580 Nitro+, Kingston A400 SSD, Team T-Force 3200mhz CL15

If it ain't overclocked it ain't good...

Try using Ryzen Master instead, might display something different.

That voltage seems way high for a 3600. I'm running my 3800X at 4.4 GHZ at 1.28 V. You should easily be able to reduce the voltage and get same or better performance. Really shouldn't let it run at 1.6 for long periods of time... that should only happen under peak loads for short periods of time.
