Ask again Thursday, I'll get that board for someone's new build then

But I have had good experience with another Gigabyte board for another Ryzen build and they have good warranty service where I live too.

Apart from that, memory support seems nice and the tier list on this forum ranks it quite high too:

one of the best at its pricepoint, at least now that its teething issues have gone since launch

The "teething issues" are they the reason for many of the 1 star user ratings i am seeing (newegg, amazon) The Elite, Pro wifi and Ultra (which i am considering) all do not seem well received by those buying them.

that would be those issues yes. im still wary of recommending them for that reason, tho it should be getting better.

Just built the PC yesterday.. Well kinda.

Motherboard works really well. Didn't do any overclocking.. But general usage no complaints.

I got 3600Mhz memory with this system and was able to just turn on XMP and it worked well. Just keep in mind, once you set XMP to on, the system will reset, don't go in the BIOS right away again...

Just set the XMP to on and leave it for a minute and it's set.

The only complaint I have with this board is the very minimal amount of fan headers.

This board has 2 system/chassis/case fan headers and 2 CPU fan headers (all 4 pin). Case fan headers are all on the left side too..

Would have been great to have like 2 or so more on the right side, as that is now what is making it so I couldn't complete the build yesterday :P

So just check the amount of fan headers you need and it has...

I have an AIO (so atleast 2 headers for pump and a splitter for my rad fans) And a fan front and back.

Looks like i wait for the sales!
