RAM slots

hi , was wondering the impact/difference when you purchase 2 sticks of 8 gb of ram or 4 sticks of 4 gb ram to pupulate all 4 slots on my motherboard , will that have a good/bad/even impact on the way my RAM will work with the rest of the motherboard ? ( motherboard is MSI B360 Gaming Plus ATX) , thanks.

no difference, apart from making upgrade options worse because you have to get rid of some if not all of the sticks.

In both cases you'll be running dual channel. There is a potential performance boost from running either dual rank modules, or two single rank modules per channel. Given most up to 8GB modules these days are single rank, running 4x4 may give a performance boost to workloads that can make use of it. Assuming the modules are otherwise same speed/timings of course.

Both would support dual channel. But 4 Sticks would increase the failure possibility. So i would go with 2x8.

2x8 in Slots 1+3 or 2+4 is all you need for any kind of Gaming.

Corsair Vengeance is good. Just make sure the timings you set in the Bios match the RAM you use.
