I7-9700K vs I7-8700K vs I5-9600K

Recently bought an MSI MEG Z390 Ace motherboard and RTX 2080 super but I can't decide between the I7-9700K vs I7-8700K vs I5-9600K, I'm mostly going to be using it for gaming, premiere and photoshop and that kinda stuff, I'm worried that the I5 might bottleneck my GPU, Too late to get an AMD CPU, Any help would be appreciated.

Don't go 9600k cause of the lack of hyperthreading, won't be a smooth experience in the future (And in some very specific cases right now, it has stutter)

 

9700k is 8c 8t, 8700k is 6c 12t. They are within the same ballpark in pretty much everything. Between the 9700k and 8700k, get whichever is cheaper.

To make it clear, 9700K is a better choice than a non-delidded 8700K.

only buy the i5 if you want to OC to 5Ghz+.

Its a very good Cpu for gaming for its price.
