needhelp GPU Fans not spinning

Hi i have an MSI RTX 2080 SUPER Gaming X Trio.

 

My fans are not spinning and do not start to spin when the gpu gets to hot.

I was running ARK to test this and i had to manually turn them on with evga precision x1 to cool the GPU down

 

My drivers are up to date.

 

Does anybody knows how to solve this?

Set the fan control to auto in EVGA Precision, often people set it to manual and it defaults to 0% and don't realise.

from what temperature will they start spinning then?

I don't know about in EVGA Precision but probably like 50c. Maybe try Afterburner.
