overclocking RTX 2080S overclocking & artifacting

So I'm overclocking my 2080s and i see slight artifactifacting. 

 

Does this damage my gpu?

Will it shorten it's lifespan?

Will it get worse over time?

No, No, maybe as the card slightly degrades over its life.

The only thing that will shorten the lifespan of your card is constant high temperatures or increasing the power limit or voltage.
