PCIE network card

Hey,

 

Does anyone know if I can install a pcie x1 10gig network card, and a 2080ti (pcie x16).

If my processor i9 9900K says that it has only 16 pcie lanes.

Pretty sure 1x on chipset doesn't have enough throughput for 10G network to work at 10G (unless it's PCI-e 4.0 card).
