I picked DP for no real reason, HDMI cable is interchangeable, we'll just see how spicy I feel on the day.

X470 is cheap anyways.

better off starting with a 500GB SSD, adding a 2TB hard drive later.

 

Get a cheaper GPU with a 1080p 144hz display for the long run, would suggest buying the RX 470-580 used for even less.

Get a case with a mesh front for airflow

for sure just get a mechanical keyboard, and the devastator mouse kind of sucks.

Probably just go for a nice mouse if you can fit it into the budget, as it's kind of important.
