anyone wants custom VRM cooling mount on mobo?

I wonder when will this ever be the new trend.

 

we are paying over $200 on mobo with fans and (some) shitty vrm cooling , and being forced to pay premium to assure good quality.

what if manufacturers get a new standard of mounting holes for custom coolers. this will lower the mobo selling price significantly.

or do you wish them to keep ripping you off?

adding the need for third party VRM coolers just seem like an excuse for mobo makers to skimp on the allready pretty "eh" coolers. 

 

in other words, i dont want that mounting, mostly because im allready kinda "eh" on the ATX standard, considering that it really is larger than it should be these days.

Buy better boards with blocks on them already. Or with options for a block. Then add water. Problem solved.
