No, you can't, only intel cpu's with K at the end can be overclocked. i7-7700K is an example of a cpu that can be overclocked, and even if you had a cpu with a k at the end your motherboard is not suitable for that.

Have you read all posts on that thread? Even if you could do something as the op in that thread said , "there will be practically zero performance gain if you do so" and I'm 99,9% sure it's not even possible with your motherboard.

Increasing BLCK also increase memory speed, PCIe Bus speed, basicaly anything running with the clock generator ( at least on AMD side). So basically if you increase BCLK might give you memory error or even GPU crashing because they are also overclocked.

Main System: Ryzen 2700, Asus Crosshair VII Hero, EVGA GTX 1080ti SC, 970 EVO Plus NVMe, Crucial Ballistix 3200mhz CL14, CM H500, CM ML240L cpu cooler.

Second System: Ryzen 2400G, Gigabyte B450 DS3H, RX 580 Nitro+, Kingston A400 SSD, Team T-Force 3200mhz CL15

If it ain't overclocked it ain't good...
