Possible dead or defective pixel / sub pixels

I have just found these two small gray dots that are right next to each other on my monitor and I have tried to fix them with RGB programs, but with no luck. Any help is appreciated.

Its looks like this and its really only noticeable on white backgrounds, but is still bothering me.

The picture is a drawing in paint

as per above.

but if it somehow is physical, just rub over the area of the monitor with your nail, less than gently

I'm confused how you took a screen shot of this

Edit- oh gotcha. Well there is some stuck pixel remover videos on youtube. Launch it in full screen and let it run for about 24 hours, if it is stuck then this will help or it may take longer. If it's dead you're just stuck with it.  But the pixel fixer videos have always solved mine.
