No Signal Displayport

DJ-JK_93

Hi All,

I have recently purchased 2x Acer Predator z321qu 31.5 monitors and I am unable to get either of them to work using displayport connectors, I can use them with HDMI however I want to get the performance benefits with display port.

I have updated the drivers for both GPU & Monitors

Switched to high performance then tried the above again

Turned them off including power and left only DP plugged in then powering back on

System Specs:

GTX 1060 6GB Aero - Bios Version - 86.06.63.00.CE

Intel i5-8400

H310M Pro-VD (MS-7B33)

I have looked online and it advises to flash my GPU and update to a newer VBios however I am unsure if my current one is up to date and I will be honest I am not an advanced user

If anyone has any advice it would be most welcome!!

Thank you

Try a different cable?  I swapped cables and got mint to work.

My DP is a little sketch, too.  Takes forever to turn the monitor on.

It is both the monitors which are not working, I have ordered two new cables anyway just incase however I would be unlucky to have 2 defective cables, sorry I should have mentioned that in my post.

Got them working, I stupidly thought they were both plugged in fully. Nearly flashed my GPU Bios and everything haha
