My 4 years old laptop from dell, precisely an Inspiron 5558 has 12GB RAM installed and almoat half of it is consumed everytime even after a restart. 

 

System config:

I5-5200U 

12GB RAM,

250GB Samsung 860 Evo,

1Tb 5400 Drive. 

Nvidia 920m 2GB.

Well whats utilizing it? Check in task manager
