Hey, I was wondering if it's possible to make a custom Corsair One kind of PC. And I see no problem other than the fact that the PCIe Riser cable will be coming out from the slot on the motherboard, and twist as it goes to the back so the GPU can be connected. Is this suggested ?

On Topic: Twisting a 4inch wide cable isn't all that easy i'd say. You'd have to try. other than that, unless you break the cables inside you're good.

Yes.. I have . But what the Corsair One does better is the radiators. But with a custom design anyway, I'm sure I can find appropriate mounting for a 280/240 on the CPU side and a 360 for the GPU side since the height is 380 anyways for the Corsair One if the custom is 40-42 it's alright since the cool looking grills (which I know are there on the Evolv Shift too) will take some height and a single 140 fan of probably the standard 25mm width is going in there. The new Shift Air is very cool but I think perforating the side panel more wud have been better than removing the tempered glass? Idk that's subject to opinion. And that's a pretty basic custom stuff many ppl have done YouTube has many instances. The One is more lucrative to me than a Shift because only it supports more radiators so that gives me much much better cooling with let's say an Swiftech Apogee Drive II or I can squeeze in a pump beside the PSU. Like, either way, don't u think it's cooler (both ways:P)? (p.s.- no HDD like this Corsair One-m.2 only)

Also, if I design it in such a way, that I can mount the motherboard horizontal with I/P up, so no twisting, I can also create the design such that I can get the previous Evolv Shift's TG Panel to include, radiators go on the non TG, perforated side. Woah.

Hang on, isn't that just a modded extended Evolv Shift? Maybe.. maybe not. God this is so cool.

On second thought, if it was possible in an Evolv Shift, wouldn't have it been done? Yea so it isn't possible.

Maybe I'll just try with to or choose a different orientation! Thanks for all your help @FloRolf
