Should I pick out the TUF laptop with Ryzen 7 and GTX 2060 or the Nitro 7 with i7 9th gen with GTX 1660Ti

I'm a college student from the Philippines. I wanted to buy a laptop since I'll be away from home and will probably live in a dorm. I'll mainly use it for school works and gaming of course. Main game that I am gonna play is Rust, if you know that game you'll know how demanding it is. Budget will be from 60,000 to 80,000 Php.
