So I recently oc'ed my fams 2200G to 4Ghz some how but that's another story. I picked up this RX 480 sapphire 8GB which is most likely not the best thing to put with a 2200G but whatever. It was used for bitcoin for 3 months and was smoked around but its not that bad to me since it was only 100 usd lmao, the bracket was bent and the one small part going into the middle on the top part of the bracket was bent and when I went to bent everything back the small part snapped and it was a little hard to fix a warped bracket but I got it to work. I was used to a gt 1030 (2gb) and the radeon vega graphics and going to this was different on how it ran with furmark. What games do you think would run well on this setup? I'm looking for on the cheaper side of games rn untill I get more cash, unless there is a game with a lot to do in it. FPSs are ok, something more masculine I guess you could say, something with a lot of manpower or feeling it because that seems like a good search term.

I mean is this even a good idea to put these two together? I know its pushing it but I did have VR in mind with buy this GPU from the dude, leaning against and tree, smoking lol. Seemed pretty chill but sketchy as this was in the I guess darker area of my town. Should I oc this gpu? Its already running with quite a bit of vram already but im going to test a few white trash games first like fortnite (ikr my brother playing it lol), and prob apex because for some fucking reason apex wants you to run the game with 8gb of vram, wierd af.

The 2200G is perfectly fine for 60-100hz gaming depending on the game.

Also did you buy a 1030 after the 2200G? because they almost have the same performance if your 2200G had 3000+mhz RAM as it was supposed to...

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
