TUF gaming x570-plus m.2 ssd issues

Hi there, I finally was able to start my new pc and I ran in some truble in the bios. In the EZ mode it shows me that there is storage plugged in but in the advanced options are no m.2 ssds available.

In the boot menu nothing shows up as well. I used my m.2 ssd for a while on another pc, win 10 boots perfectly on there but here it is not even an option.

 

How can I adjust the settings to finally boot or should I return it and get another board (not my favorite way of doing things but after changing every possible setting, which I thought would be safe for the system at least and might help the issue, I still could not change anything in this situation).
