USB C adapter power adapter option

hi, 

I'm planing to purchase this USB C adapter

According to the website, it says to plug in a usb C power adapter to the usb c adapter( high power devices)

 

But the laptop does not support usb c charging, so is it alright to plug in an usb C power adapter into the USB C dongle ? If yes, what power adapter should I use?

Don't buy that, it's brutally over priced. Just get something comparable off Amazon. It may not have the same overall build quality but it serves the same purpose and if you have any issues Amazon is easy with returns.

unfortunately, Amazon isn't an option for me, by the way I actually found this model in the retail store is RM400
