Could anyone help solve this?

Having this issue in only a select few games, CoD: MW, and PUBG, highest and lowest graphics settings the issue persists, resolution scale also changes nothing. also the issue has persisted across 2 completely separate systems. hope someone can help :)

i don't see other thing than lack of filtering fxaa x16 or something like that should help you i think

 

you can try to use the tool called ddu, to remove and then later install again the gpu driver, see if that helps

This is because it is the game itself. Video games have these types of things going on with them. There's only so much that different technologies can cure. If the games is playable, play it and the worry of what you are seeing in this picture will fade away.

 

Unless it is going on with ALL your games, what you are seeing is the game itself and how it is portrayed onto your screen.

i know this is the case, but then why is this not an issue for any friends of mine playing the same games? i feel it must be some settings in nvidia control panel or something because none of them have ever seen anything like this over many hours of playing or changing settings etc. if it were an issue specific to the games, then surely others would have this problem? but i have searched thoroughly to find anything similar and i can't.

Go onto your friends PC and look for this same issue in the exact same areas of the same games.
