The Z390 pro carbon has more power delivery, more features, it's just better in every way. 

 

Why compare these two boards specifically? Are you getting them at a discount?

As far as I can See it is not worth upgrading for like 200 Dollars if you dont want/need to.

Your board is by far not bad and has all modern connections. 

Of course the new one would be better but for me it would not be worth the money

Do you plan to overclock your CPU?
