More RAM or Graphic Card?

I have Ryzen 3 3200ge, and I'm using integreted graphics. 
8GB DDR4 2400mhz, should I get one more stick of 8gb, or buy an RTX Graphic card.

Go for a 5700GPU or RX 580/570. It will benefit you more

I was thinking about going with AMD graphics card that is under 100-150$.
