What to buy? Ryzen.

Going to go for amd for my new build. Thinking i'll go for r5 3600. Will be using it for gaming. 

Is there any reason for going with a 3600x?

 

Heard it needed good ram, what speed and cl should I look for? Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600Mhz 16GB?

 

The modo I guess is the hardest decision, ATX b450, x470 or x570? 

Will probably oc. I have one m.2. If the board need to update BIOS I'll have to be able do it with USB.

 

Gpu will probably be ASUS GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER ROG Strix OC

 

Any tips?

The 3600X is just a 3600 with a larger stock cooler and more default clockspeed. Imo grab the 3600 and an Arcitc Freezer 34 eSports cooler

 

For the board - I'd personally buy a B450 Tomahawk if you're budget limited or an X570 TuF if you want the best value for money.

 

For the RAM - anything over 3200 is great and I'd focus on lower timings than just maxed clockspeed.
