Half rate vsync option for amd

Can you guys help me achieve half rate vsync on amd card to play pc games at 30 fps or 60 fps on 60hz or 120 hz display. I know nvidia have option for half rate adaptive sync. But can't find any good method to achieve this on amd side. Caping frames doesn't work, it caps fps but frame time is not consistent.聽
