Laptop not starting normally

Good evening people,

 

I have a big problem. Once I shut down my laptop normally, and I want to start it up again... It doesn't.

I unplug the charger, nothing. I then close the lid to unplug the battery and plug the charger alone, nothing. So I unplug a second time the charger, and close the lid again to plug back the battery. And when I open the lid after plugging again the battery it magically turns on (without any given reason).

 

Anyone could tell me what's the problem ?

P.S. : I thought 'Cases and Power Supplies' category seemed to be the good category concerning power issues.
