What can I do with steam hackers?

they are using vpn and I can do nothing about it?

Enable 2fa where it uses your phone and uses steamguard. It pretty much stops all that unless they get your phone number spoofed and the application spoofed as well.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. But overall, just from forum post it's rather impossible to say whether posted IP is for VPN service or private residence. Meaning that anything containing IP is removed.
