My hard drives have been getting fairly warm as well as my cpu and hopefully the addition of more case fans will remedy this so i need some quiet case fans that push a decent amount of air budget is around £5-£10 per fan case accepts 5 120mm fans and one 140mm not really and preference of retailer free shipping and handling is preferred but not essential

Thanks for the sugestions

Well I would recommend Corsair fans.

Those are probably more than what he wants to pay for.

The white Gelids might be in your budget. If not, then perhaps Silentx fans?

Well I would recommend Corsair fans.

Corsair fans are pretty far from quiet in general.

Check out Enermax fans. They definitely meet both criteria.

Also, Corsair fans are loud.
