i'll be honest, very much overkill cpu. for just streaming a 3700x will be more than enough. but if budget isn't an issue, go ahead with the 3900x. everything else honestly seems pretty good, nothing really needed to change

if I was to keep my current build what PSU would you recommend I replace this one with, I want to stay with SeaSonic if possible.

This one is around 130$, 650w so you have a bit of room and it's a better one  for more than half the price too :)

Note that it would also work for my build and a 3900x + 2080ti

I have an unrelated question, do you think I will have any problems connecting all my case fans up? I'm not too sure and just want to ask before I actually buy anything.

Front: 3x 120/ 2x 140mm (3 Aer F120 Case Version included)
Top: 3x 120/2x 140mm
Rear: 1x 120/1x 140mm (1 Aer F140 Case Version included)

So be careful to not buy too much of them. If you have a fan hub it will be good and a RGB hub too, but the cable management will have to be tidy :D

Generally buying two memory kits is less desirable than getting a single four stick kit. Memory kits contain electrically matched module so that multiple channel operation is guaranteed. If one mixes up the modules in two kits, (even though they have identical part numbers), there is a small chance dual channel operation will not occur. Also XMP profiles are based on the modules in a kit so using two kits may require manual memory timing adjustments.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

I didn't even realize that it could cause that big of an issue, I swapped it out for this kit https://pcpartpicker.com/product/7XRgXL/gskill-trident-z-royal-64-gb-4-x-16-gb-ddr4-3600-memory-f4-3600c18q-64gtrs
