silent ATX PSU?

My current powersupply, a Thermaltake Berlin, has now been doing its job for many years and it's fan recently sometimes becomes very loud. And even when it is running properly at normal noise it's still the loudest part in my system so I'd like to replace it. I am running an i5 4570 and a Vega 56, what would be the best PSU I should get? I do game quite a bit, but I also just browse with Chrome and watch videos which actually happens more often than gaming. Overall the machine is running almost all day, but I shut it down at night so no lights can keep me up. The computer is sitting on my desk right in front of my face, so I really care about the noise. I'm not too concerned if the new PSU is modular or not, but it would be appreciated if it was. I'd say my budget is up to maybe 75€ but I'd like to stay under 50 if possible. Oh, and I'm in Germany, if that makes a price difference to other regions.

Quiet, or silent? Difference of getting a good fan-cooled PSU versus a fanless unit.

As far as I've seen fanless units are 120€+ and therefore outside my budget. But if that's not the case I'd be very interested in one.
