Yeah the GQ can handle it at 650w, but consider a G2 over a GQ

If you make a pcpartpicker.com list you will get a running total of manufacturer max power requirements. That value is the minimum one should consider. Typically getting a psu more than 130% of that max would be overkill.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
