Air cooling problems NEED HELP

I'm making  my first pc build. I'm trying to make it an itx case, that I can take places. My first choice was the Dan a4, but it keeps being out of stock, or unavailable, so I went with the node 202, but I cant find sufficient cooling solutions, with the c7 copper and the big shuriken 2 rev b always being unavailable as well. Any solution/ suggestions? Case or fan wise?

What are the stores you are looking at? We have hard time giving any help if everything we come up with is also out of stock where ever you are shopping at.

What ram are you using? Budget?

Wouldn't that let dust in? I'm building this to be something I can take around in a large backpack, as I travel a lot. The fan restriction height is 56 mm. I'm open to case suggestions, but the case is the one thing I have a budget for. Cant be more than 150-200 dollars

The filter can just be attached to the outside.
