1200CAD Build Without Peripherals

Undiagnosable

Hi everyone, long time follower but first time posting here!

I have somehow acquired an LG 34UC79G-B Monitor and now I need a gaming computer to connect to it. My budget is around in 1200 with tax in Canadian Dollars and this is just for the computer and nothing else.

I am looking to play Battlefield with this rig and any other games should be easy if it can run Battlefield at high resolution.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.

Thanks!

I read some of the other posts regarding Black Friday, if it means saving only 50 or 60 bucks, I would rather get it done now.

Thanks a lot! I might swap the 16gb ram for 8 and add an SSD rather than a hard drive.

Again thanks for the input!

It's not so much about saving $60, you can get significantly better components for the same price, or you could save several hundreds.

All of the builds I've done on Black Friday have saved at least $400.

Sounds good, although keep in mind that ryzen benefits quite a lot from having Dual channel memory, so unless you're planning on adding another 8gb soon go for 2x4gb sticks. Also I would defo recommend 16gb, I regularly surpass 8gb ram usage when gaming.

Yep, for example I ended up with a ryzen 5 2600x, 1070ti and a much better motherboard and PSU instead of a 2600 and 1060, for the same price thanks to black friday deals. It's worth the wait.
