I need help deciding hardware

Hey all, so I'm not quite good at picking hardware so i thought to come to the best and try my luck with everyone here! 

Basically all i wanted to ask was, I need an upgrade to my pc ,Ryzen CPU , RAM , Mobo , my budget for this upgrade is about 650$

Looking to buy these things for when Black Friday hits also my GPU for what ever that matters is RTX 2060 , not looking to upgrade this one since my budget doesn't allow it.

Current Specs: i7-4790 , 18GB Ram , MSI Gaming 5 mobo , RTX 2060

Looking for : Ryzen CPU , 18GB@3200Ram+ , Mobo (Not really into overclocking)

Primarily For Gaming but i also do some CREO work (Cad/Cam) .

My Case is an NZXT H500

Also, what are you mainly using it for? Gaming? If so, a 3600, 2x8GB sticks (3200+), and whatever the cheapest X570 is at time of sale would work, although it would help to know what case you have in case it impacts form factor.
