Do you recommend this upgrade?

Hi, 

 

I have the below rig

i7 9700 @4.5ghz on all cores

Strix 5700xt

16GB DDR4 2666mhz, 12-14-14-34

B360 Motherboard. 

 

My GPU is almost always at 99% usage, CPU is in way below, rarely reaches 90%s in few games like the division 2 and AC Odyssey. 

 

Im thinking of getting z390 motherboard to run the cpu and 4.7ghz, and OC the ram. im afraid that since my GPU is fully utilized then any upgrade wont matter, correct?

Under clock what you have by 200Mhz and see if you can tell the difference in a game, if not then adding another 200Mhz will give you nothing.

You want your GPU be at 100%
