PSU issue

Hello

I´ve recently built a pc and while things are good(until now) my system is making a strange noise

When raining (it does not matter if the PC is on or off) my pc is always making a loud fan sound(power supply i guess)

Moderate rain, moderate noise but when strong rains occur(not all that strong tbh like lightning and these things) the fans go even louder

What is this? Is this a hardware problem?

I think that this noise is coming from power supply fans but i could be wrong

What should i do?

I have a 500w power supply i5 9400f gtx 1060 6gb and 8gb ram

This only happens when raining , not even playing intensive games

All fans in a computer are off when the pc is off. Are you sure the noise is coming from the computer?

Next time it rains completely unplug your computer and see if you still hear the noise.

 

I've never heard of rain affecting fan speed.

It isn´t the fan indeed but i still get a strange noise from my system and it is not coil whine

 

Can rain affect energy/voltage or i got a faulty PSU?

 

But no , if i unplug my PC the noise is gone, the noise is definitely coming from my pc

If it's not any fan, and not coil whine, then I have no idea what makes any other noise. You should probably record it, and also move your ear around the pc to see where exactly it's coming from.
